Congratulations, Greg!

We are delighted that our extremely talented Choral Director, Greg Batsleer, has been appointed Festival Director of the London Handel Festival. HCS has greatly benefited from Greg’s extensive knowledge and passion for the music of Handel; he has prepared us for several performances of Messiah and conducted us himself in a fresh and exciting rendition of the piece in 2018.

We wish Greg the best of luck in his new endeavour, and we’re sure that he will continue to succeed in bringing the music of Handel to audiences new and old in an interesting and imaginative fashion.
