The Huddersfield Choral Society is committed to upholding and continually renewing a proud tradition of choral singing locally, nationally and internationally.
An integral part of this is the development of individual singing talent and audiences.
The Society promotes a range of open workshops and community initiatives to introduce new audiences to the work of the choir while encouraging the musical development of its Junior and Youth Choirs.
Student tickets for £3
As part of our work to introduce the choir to new audiences, the Society operates a scheme that gives students the chance to hear the Choral in concert for just £3 (instead of the usual £15).
A number of Gallery tickets are available at the special student price for the Society's Subscriber concerts.
To obtain a ticket, all you have to do is take some student identification and your payment to any of the Kirklees ticket offices in Huddersfield Library, Holmfirth Tourist Information Office or the Town Halls in Batley, Cleckheaton or Dewsbury (tickets have to be bought in advance and are subject to availability).
